For those who tried to call Steve or his family during the first 10 days of April, please be aware that Verizon was experiencing technical difficulties in our area. Although you could hear us clearly, we heard only static and eventually turned off the phone. If you left a message on the answering machine, it was static gibberish. If you called Steve's cell phone, he had unintentionally turned it off and we didn't realize it for some time. If you left a message, I can't bring myself to listen to it yet. |
